The white crane is a painting that depicts the legend of King Gia Long, after defeating the Tay Son army, in a dream he saw a white crane guiding him to find valuable land to build a citadel to stabilize the Bac Ha region, later called Tho Hac citadel, residing in Thanh Hoa.

The crane is a symbol of peace and prosperity. The painting depicts the image of a Dragon looking up and listening to the instructions of the god Crane, symbolizing the power and position of Divine Power at that time, and the image of Ham Rong Mountain is proof of the saying:

“Good land gives birth to heroes”
