Dragon is a noble and powerful symbol of Kingship and sacredness of Divine Power (Buddhism).
Dragons in each dynasty had different shapes, from the Ly dynasty to the last feudal dynasty - Nguyen - the dragon image changed a lot due to local and regional cultural influences (Champa, China) but they all demonstrate the inherent beauty of authority and domination of a Southern empire.
The Golden Dragon is drawn according to the dragon image of the Nguyen Dynasty, a typical dragon image that still retains its beauty due to inheriting the traditional quintessence and is closest to the Vietnamese people.
From researching documents and surveying many places, it is undeniable that the coverage of dragons in the Nguyen Dynasty is almost universal in architecture, sculpture, and decoration today.
I have redrawn a decorative detail of a dragon. It is not too difficult to draw a dragon, but every place I go to, every dragon image I look at and feel has its own mark and its own emotions, so I just want to draw simple, natural lines without restraint or elaborateness, the brush strokes are in the same system as other summoned beasts, the dragon's eyes are still closed, but bright enough to shine on the person facing them.
